This is the second edition of European programs in the IES Leixa, we believe it is a new project in our organization, which is located in an area with a strong crisis, compounded by the global economic and financial crisis to an earlier crisis industrial restructuring -naval makes this region has a very high unemployment and large numbers of families with economic problems. In the previous year we started with two mobility of students for the experiments that we cover in Malta and made a very positive assessment. The stated objective was to consolidate mobility projects for students and start with the mobility for staff, allowing to create a culture of European projects at the center. In the first phase of requests to participate, 10 students interested in pursuing training in another EU country, and 2 teachers were enrolled. When we arrived at the screening period, by language test, interviews and calculation of scores, only two students remained interested, and two months after the start of the mobility resigned for financial reasons exposed in their families did not have the funds to finance a stay of three months in another country, since the Erasmus program was clearly insufficient. Regarding personnel mobilities 2 teachers followed concerned developed plan their mobilities and performed. Since students to perform practical abandoned for economic reasons, only mobility activities of staff, two teachers traveled to Porto for a week each company in the graphics sector Multitema with new integrated technologies in a large company were made with traditional processes and the other to a school of applied arts and design Artistic Soares Escola do Rei with experience in European projects with similar elements to IES Leixa that made her a good candidate for ye observe good practice to try to develop a European project jointly the future. The results of this project were in the case of staff mobility fully satisfactory, because besides the conocimento of technologies, systems and work in a company that integrates electronic publishing, personalized packaging and more traditional printing, moved to teachers IES Leixa in a day of presentation, was a partnership for the future that allows the project to be sent 2015 students to do internships and is studying conducting other projects together. In the case of the Art School Soares do Rei Europeans learned how to organize their projects in their training activities and a collaboration agreement was established for coming years. During 2015-2016 the IES Leixa receive a visit from a professor at the Art School Soares do Rei and jointly study the possibility of a project in the field of design and jobs together. In the area of ??mobility of students the results were rather disappointing on this occasion, which made us plantearamos possible aid to future economic constraint was less limiting. We decided that since our organization we will give extra support to ease the inconvenience of the lack of economic amount of aid.
