Higher education student and staff mobility project

The essential objectives of the project are: modernization of study programmes, guarantee of teachers? academic, methodological, vocational, educational potential, partnership networks via the dissemination of innovations and experience, improvement and development of students? vocational skills. The participation in the project will provide conditions for better possibilities of staff and students? and graduates? competitiveness, self-realization and career opportunities in European Union and world labour markets. The Erasmus + grant was provided for the following activities: Student mobility for studies (SMS) ? 5 students / 25 months Student mobility for training (SMP) ? 8 students / 16 months Staff mobility for teaching (STA) ? 3 persons / 21 day Staff mobility for training (STT) ? 1 person / 7 days Implementing the project: 5 students participated in SMS activity; 10 students participated in SMP activity; 3 teachers participated in STA activity; 10 teachers participated in STT activity. The SMS and STA activities were performed in partner institutions. During the SMP activities students developed and improved their practical training skills and achieved the aims foreseen in the study programme and the study modules. During the STT activities teachers participated in different training activities where they developed new study material, were introduced with new teaching/learning methods, developed special, subject-related as well as foreign language skills, looked for new international partners and cooperation possibilities. Long-term benefits: 1. The quality of study programmes and individual study modules will be increased as the study programmes will be adjusted to according the good practice examples in the partner institutions, and the present and future labour market needs; the employment possibilities for future graduates will be improved; flexible, innovative teaching and learning methods will ensure the possibility to increase the quality of higher education. 2. The development of new cooperation forms and attraction of students and staff from other countries is the essential quality incentive that will help to achieve the foreseen objectives.
