The project is targeted to the support of learning mobility of individuals at high education institutions between programme countries. Our institution was using mobility in education, teaching and training fields mainly. Basic objectives: to support as more participants as possible and receive outcomes effecting quality improvement of studies, teaching, training; raising level of key competences and skills; enhancing internationalization, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, participation in democratic life and cooperation. Participants involved in the mobilities: students, faculty and staff. Total number of participants: 37, i.e. SMS participants: 25, STA participants: 4, STT participants: 8. During their studies in a receiving HEI, alongside with academic achievements students have strongly improved their personal competences what will make a very positive impact on their further life and studies, critical thinking, analytical abilities, abilities to work in a team, adapt to different situations, increase his/her skills in a particular study field, etc. Good mobility experience encourage students to plan their Master studies or traineeship in partner institutions, to look for more study abroad or exchange opportunities. STT and STA participants have brought new partnerships, possibilities for teaching exchanges, involvement into large scale EU funded project has been boosted. During the mobility the aprticipants have gained practical skills relevant for their current job and professional development, learned from good practices abroad, reinforced or extended professional network, built up new contacts, increased their social, linguistic and/or cultural competences.
