Higher education student and staff mobility project
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 30 sept. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Private University College of Economic Studies is one of the oldest independents school which were established of the political changes in this country in 1989 (Velvet Revolution). It has been providing high quality education for relatively small number of students. The courses taught a mainly economics, finance, accounting, law and international trade. The college has been participating in the Erasmus program since 2005. Our main objective has remained the same: provide our students and staff with international experience both in studies and in practical work experience. The number of participants is usually around 12. In the last academic year it was 10. This may seem a negligible number but it means a reasonable percentage of the total. Students usually prefer one semester study stays and shorter practical work stays preferable during the summer break. Staff members participate in teaching stays during the semester and practical stays during the summer holidays. The impact of the mobility is almost always positive as the reports of both the students and staff confirm. Among the longer term benefits could be mentioned the internationalization of the teaching at this school. The current situation is that we receive much higher number of Erasmus host students than we send abroad.
