PROJET
TERMINÉ
CONTEXT
Atenea Secondary School participates in European projects since 2005. As a dynamic center, each year we try to engage in different innovation projects in different areas such as exchanges with Secondary Education students in France, former Erasmus mobilities , host partner to a group of students of Tuscany , presentation of sociocultural family and community services to a group of adults within the program Grundtvig , and hosting for Leonardo students.
This is a simple project for a total of 5 mobilities, aiming at growing slowly, not only in quality of mobilities but also in the number of partners and businesses and schools in order to create a great partnership to apply for cooperation projects in the future.
NUMBER:
3 mobilities of students for placements (3 months).
2 mobilities of staff for training (5 days).
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
STUDENTS: Higher Technician in Pre-Primary Education.
TEACHERS: Higher Technician in Pre-Primary Education and Building Projects.
HOST PARTNER:
- Escuela infantil Mini Amigos. Wiesbaden (Germany).
- Montessori-wuerzburg. Zell am Main (Germany).
- I.I.S. "E. Fermi" Formia (Italy).
ACTIVITIES
1. MEETING to involve new teachers and analyze the implementation of the project.
2. INFORMATION TALK students to explain the program (timing, activities, grant selection process, commitments ...)
3. A BLOG Creaction and its inclusion on the website of IES to collect as a diary, all project activities.
4. SELECTION of students meeting the rules of the competition.
5. TRAINING socio-linguistics of beneficiaries.
6. COORDINATION with the directors of the centers to sign the required documents to the FCT, accommodation, work plan, etc.
7. MOBILITY OF STUDENTS for the implementation of the internship ( workplace training ) the months of April, May and June.
8. STAFF MOBILITY to center partner .
9. Sharing and and analysis of work experiences, coordination, study methodology, curriculum improvement in the cycle modules , error detection and proposals for correction.
10. EVALUATION of the results obtained in this course.
11. REVIEW BLOG
12. ADVERTISE in the mass media (press releases , TV, radio, faculty , school board, Parents Association…)
13 . FINAL REPORT of the project.
METHODOLOGY
Teamwork.
RESULTS AND IMPACT EXPECTED. Personal and professional enrichment and cooperative work performed, both for students, for teachers and partner institutions. Updating and dynamism of the school.
LONG TERM BENEFITS. Out main aim is to give our students the possibility of improving their training, and so to improve their possibilities to find a job, which we consider essential these days. In situations like the current one the best curriculums are considered first.
