CONTEXT PROJECT, BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES IES Torreon del Alcazar is an active, dynamic and enterprising centre involved in different educational projects and has received several awards for the students and teachers involved in them. Since 1996 when the British Council-MEC Bilingual Project began, the ESO has been involved in the internalization of academic life. Our students participate in exchanges with the UK, Ireland and France at secondary school level and Germany at the Baccalaureate stage. Our aim was to extend this experience to the whole Vocational Training Education, which was achieved for Higher Education in 2009, when we were awarded the First Erasmus Charter that we updated for the ECHE in 2014, it allows us to participate in the Erasmus + Program until 2020 for the two professional sectors (Health and Electricity-Electronics). For us, it has been an amazing opportunity in the European labour market in both sectors in countries such as UK, Zurich, Italy and Germany, achieving employability of our Erasmus+ students. In addition we aim to involve Intermediate Vocational Training Education in the Erasmus + program, providing our institution with an important European dimension. We have also received Erasmus students from Lithuania and Germany for their mobilities as host institutions.
