Higher education student and staff mobility project

The k103 project of the university of Alcala is the mobility of students, internshisp, teaching for teachers and training for Administrative Staff and their corresponding equivalents at other universities. This project is a foundational part for the internationalization of our University. Institutional and professional relationships require a better degree of internationalization every day, implying an absolute necessity of improving the attitudes and skills precisely encouraged by this program. We currently need to build international infrastructure and networks; something we can only achieve by working with institutions abroad. From the University, we consider that it is vital to develop several issues: - Establishing effective relationships with institutions bearing a great international prestige. - Increasing our cooperation and presence in important regions - Starting new agreements in less popular regions, including them in the international academic network. - Improving the quality of our teaching methods - Improving the quality of our international experience with students, professors and staff. - A better attraction of international students and an increasing of our students abroad, which helps them to develop cultural awareness, communication and emotional intelligence.
