CONTEXT: LaSalle Reims-Thillois Agricultural School's first mobility. TARGETS: - Discovering specific business pratices of the host country, - Improving language skills to ease passing TOEIC exam and enroll in Engineer School, - Being immersed in an Anglophone culture, - Developing a professional and personal network, - Validating 17 ECTS of semester 4 to pass BTS diploma (equivalent to an HND), - Developing partnerships between our School and foreign companies that welcome the students, - Easing the upcoming mobility of students and staff, - Communicating on our courses and our school throughout Europ to ease mobility of incoming students and staff, - Maintaining dynamism and open-mindedness ouf our school. PARTICIPANTS PROFILES: - Internships of two undergraduate students (BAC+2), One mobility lasted 110 days in England, one mobility lasted 97 days in Denmark. Before enrolling in BTS, those 2 students studied at University and would like to pursue University studies or Veterinary College courses. ACTIVITIES: - Laboratory analysis, - Veterinary analysis, - Audit of organization of the different departments in charge of analysis of the company, - Business process procedure design, - Activity report of internship, - Oral presentation of the work and achievements for the company managers. RESULTS, IMPACTS and BENEFITS: - Pass the ECTS, - Validation of semester 4, - Pass BTS exam, - Pass TOEIC exam (for Adriane Tschens), - University enrollment, Adriane TSCHENS: Engineering School of Lille (3rd year), Claire DENIS: Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences (L3) These two positive experiences were presented to students in our School. It was very important to encourage the other students ans staff in this mobility program.
