The main goal of the Consortium made up of the three Tuscan Schools of excellence lies in picking out and nurturing talents of their students through the development of placement services, integration between scientific research and technological innovation transfer to the enterprise system in order to promote qualified employment and the circulation of innovation to the enterprises and to job services networks. The scope of the Consortium is to foster high skills transfer to more competitive and innovative firms in the global market by connecting the most innovative national and international firms with graduates and doctors “trained” by the members of the Consortium. Regarding the firms profile, the Consortium set itself the target of systematically scouting around for qualified and strategical interlocutors paying particular attention to firms and scientific organizations working in areas including high R&D percentage.
