The project is addressed to students and staff members of Sofia University. The project aims to provide students the opportunity to enrich their academic knowledge, skills and competences spending a part of their studies in a foreign university. The project aims to provide staff members with opportunities to improve their skills through staff mobility for training and to share their knowledge and competences through giving lectures in partner universities. The objectives of the project are: - to provide opportunities for academic and professional growth of students and staff members; - to develop participants capacities to learn and to operate in an international environment; - to support the professional development of staff members; - to improve students’ academic knowledge, competences and soft skills; - to foster intercultural dialogue and understanding; - to improve students foreign language and communication skills; - to foster lifelong learning and improvement; - to raise awareness about European citizenship; Profile of participants: 1) students; 2) staff members comprising staff mobility teaching and staff mobility for training; The undertaken activities are information meetings with students interested in Erasmus+ mobility for studies, regular meetings with the Erasmus faculty coordinators, preparation of the selection, launching of the selection procedure, application (by students), selection of students, information meeting with the selected students, sending nominations, application of the students of the receiving institutions, ongoing communication with partner universities and students, preparation of the mobilities, implementation of mobilities, preparation and signing of financial agreements, reporting, OLS, providing information about Erasmus+ on day to day basis to all interested and/or selected students and staff members. The results of the project are related to improved skills for learning in an international environment, acquired high academic records, improved communication, foreign language and soft skills, shared knowledge. In long-term the project will lead to increased employability opportunities.
