St.Ignatius of Lojola college implemented Erasmus mobility project for students and staff trainings, teaching, practise, studies in higher institution. Objectives of mobilities - developed students and staff proffesional competencies abroad. Participated 5 participants (2 students - one for practise, one for studies) and 3 lecturers (2 for teaching and one training visit). All participants participated first time by Erasmus higher institution mobility. Project was successfully implemented because of motivated participants, who developed their proffesional skills. Mobilities implemented on time ans systematically based on studies and practice programme and teaching/training visits were based on benefits for future career and benefit for college.Benefit of mobilities are comprehensive (developed occupational competencies, common, intercultural competencies, foreigh languages).Students and lecturers have more self-confident, established cooperative relations, disseminate information to other college students and staff.
