Higher education student and staff mobility project

KADK has a number of Erasmus exchange agreements as well as an active traineeship programme. The objectives of the project has been to support the students students in their exchange stays and traineeships. We have primarily supported students in their exchange stays with our Erasmus partners. However, the project has also helped a small number of staff to participate in teaching/training stays. The feedback received from both students and staff has been positive about their experiences. In particular, students are very positive that their experiences abroad (both exchanges and traineeships) have given them a broader perspective with regard to their subject, but has also allowed them to improve their networks. The building of professional networks has been noted as a significant long-term benefit.
