Higher education student and staff mobility project
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our school obtained the Erasmus Charter in 2009. Since 2010, on average, there are about a dozen students who have access to the outward mobility financial help –for internships only. Our school policy focuses mainly on internship mobility for our students first, and if necessary, for the staff. Indeed, our students come from a humble background – many of them are entitled to grants – and our school is located in a priority education zone. Thus, the development of internship mobility aims at helping students acquire the professional, social and cultural skills required to enter the professional world. This practice should increase their employability potential. In this respect, the global assessment is positive. Our students clearly state that their first year Erasmus internship experience gave them opportunities to find a second year placement more easily and broadened their network. Similarly, after graduating, it is easier for them to get their first job when they are enriched with this professional experience. These are the benefits that we are seeking for in the long run. The first Erasmus scholarship recipients were the students following a Personal Assistant 2-year curricula (BTS Assistant de Manager), whereas now, thanks to the recent training reform , this project has extended to the Tourism Program 2-year curricula (BTS tourisme).
