Higher education student and staff mobility project
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 30 sept. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Nowadays upper-grade vocational training programmes are a very demanded choice for thousands of students . Their main aim is no only to get a higher academic level but also those who lead to these grades want both a direct and quick connection to the professional world. This educative stage also provides our students with an extra motivation and that is a direct link with the labour reality, since they have to develop a formative period in working centres so that they can experience first hand the real working reality which they have been preparing for the last two years. The development of different European projects,in the framework of the Erasmus+ have mainly fostered those students interested in vocational training courses, because these projects offer them the possibility to carry out the internship period abroad, in an European country. These students internships have a double motivation, since they can keep in touch with a new culture, they can learn and improve a new language and open new possibilities for their working and living career. In a certain way is a unique experience. As a part of a global strategy of internationalization and europeanization of all our educative levels, our centre has favoured and supported that some of our upper-level vocational training students have the possibility to carry out their educative practices period in a foreign country, with the help of the grants provided by the European Community programmes. Following this path, two of our upper-grade students, had the possibility to develop their internships on management in Barcellonapozzo di gotto in Messina region, on the south of Italy. They specifically developed their internship period in the FNA Confsa Messina, an office of the Agricultural National Federation, and in the comprehensive school Militi, helping with the school administration and management. During ninety days they had the possibility of keeping in touch with many of the aspects which they had previously worked on a theoretical basis at school, such as administration and management of private and public institutions, accountancy, interaction with customers and clients, basic problem solving, computer programmes management, document research, filing etc..... and all this, having the Italian language as the framework on their learning process.
