IES Luis Buñuel, ubicado en Zaragoza, tiene una población escolar variada. Debido a que algunos estudios, se ofertan de forma exclusiva en este centro,el alumnado procede de esta comunidad autónoma y de otras próximas. Los objetivos del centro son modernización de enseñanzas que mejoren la calidad de la educación y las competencias profesionales, que permitan mayor cualificación y accesibilidad al mercado laboral. Fomentar el interés por la innovación, investigación o aprendizaje permanente favorece la consecución de otras metas como la adaptación a las necesidades laborales. Las estancias en empresas europeas, contribuye a romper barreras socio-culturales y lingüísticas, facilitando la igualdad de oportunidades, respeto a la diversidad y mayor adaptabilidad cultural y social. Se realizaron 11 movilidades (9 SMP y 2 STT), siendo en su mayoría mujeres,y con edades entre 20 y 30 años. Alguno de ellos, tiene estudios de otro Grado Superior y otros, quieren continuar estudiando. Actividades:- Charlas informativas del programa a alumnos del primer curso, animarles a participar.-Charlas con la intervención de ex alumnos, informando sobre experiencias personales en empresa, dificultades, aspectos culturales... Fomento de búsqueda de información, empresas, redes europeas. Contacto de estudiantes salientes con ex-participantes y colaboradores en los países de acogida que puedan asesorar e informar. Organización de cursos de idiomas en el centro (actividad extraescolar), para solicitantes y seleccionados. Información a claustro y profesores, facilitar contactos para la búsqueda de empresas. Mantener contactos con empresas colaboradoras y contactos europeos establecidos por otros programas, o con otros centros de FP que sirvan de vínculo en la búsqueda de empresas. Seleccionar empresas que oferten actividades acordes con el perfil profesional. Gestión documental, antes, durante y después de la estancia: acordar actividades formativas, seguimiento, registro y firma de documentos. Verificar certificado de empresa y el reconocimiento de créditos, necesario para la obtención del título. Se emite el Suplemento al título. Tras valorar las evaluaciones realizadas a los participantes y a las empresas colaboradoras, los resultados son muy satisfactorios, ambos manifiestas la experiencia como muy positiva y enriquecedora. La participación de profesores ha mejorado los vínculos escuela-empresas, hecho que además ha motivado el acercamiento a nuevas empresas. IES Luis Buñuel, school situated in Zaragoza, has a variety of students. As there are some studies only offered in this school, students not only come from other places within Aragon, but also from the nearby regions. Our aim is to modernize our way of teaching to improve the quality of education, skills and competences to reach the qualified performance of the diverse professions making them access to employment. Promote interest of students in innovation issues made easier to reach other goals such as their adaptation to changing labour market. These students traineeship in European companies helps to break communication, cultural and social barriers, and as a result, to contribute to equality of opportunities and respect to the diversity. 11 mobilities were done within this project. Most of participants have been women, aged between 20 and 30 years. Some of the participants had studied another HE Certificate previously and others have planned to go on studying. Different actions need to be taken: Providing 1st year-students with general and specific information which allows them to get to know the programme.To Encourage them to take part in it and search for information related to companies and euopean social networks. Arranging foreign language lesson for students and outbound teachers. Arranging meetings with former participants who inform them about their personal experiences related to labour,sociocultural environment in host countries, etc. Keep in contact outbound students with former participants or even with other foreign students from partner institutions. Providing other teachers with information related to activities and mobilities. Managing contacts with companies. Fostering contacts previously established with participants of other European programmes and of other partner institutions. Selecting companies where students perform activities related to their profesional profile. Organize and monitoring activities and documents related to traineeship, before, during and after mobility. The mentoring traineeship acitivities with students and mentor company is regularly done by e-mail. To be sure company certified the traineeship and school recognises ECTT as part of the study plan and currículo needed to obtain the title. After taking into account the assestment of participants and companies the results are very satisfied. Everybody express it like worthwhile experience. Teacher's participation has improved the relationship between school and companies.
