Erasmus Office of Erzurum Technical University(ETU) established its principles on hardworking to be the key actor in making ETU a World University. For this purpose, we, as Erasmus Office, coordinated well and did its best in order to gain much more attention all around Europe. During the project period, unfortunately we could not perform a fruitful project period for some reasons as stated below in the 3rd Article of this report with details(Description of the Project),We tried to draw the attention of all kinds of individuals in our institution. With this purpose,we conducted several processes for both academic and administrative staff and students. We regret to inform you that only three administrative staff got involved in mobility activity during this period.(The factors leading this result are mentioned in detail below - Description of the Project)We organised several orientation sessions with the students for information purpose. And we held successive meetings with departmental Erasmus coordinators in our faculties for good practises to evolve.Either with informative seminars or continuous encouragements for both staff and students,we tried to draw attention to Erasmus programme so that the opportunities provided by Erasmus programme could be widely known in our institution. To a great extent, we achieved to get their attention to this project and to the opportunity with which their academic and education vision will develop greatly. With the works conducted to select the students and staff to be involved in mobility activities in a short time period,we created much awareness for future projects. The results and impact attained from the three administrative staff were priceless for future performers of Erasmus programme. With their contribution, we attained much attention on institutional base from both staff and students.In longer-term, we have already started to see the benefits of experience sharing and team work for our institution's self interest and upcoming project periods.
