Higher education student and staff mobility project
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 30 sept. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

During this year Mutriku BHI has carried out five Erasmus mobilities, three SMPs (internships in companies in Norway and Ireland) and two STTs (in companies in Ireland and Portugal). Following the international strategy of Mutriku BHI, all mobilities have been carried out without intermediaries and directly with host companies, resulting in a very high degree of satisfaction. During this project, three out of five mobilities have been made with new companies that have joined the list of partners that previously held the center. Besides being very happy with the result of the mobilities carried out, all partner companies have shown interest in continuing the collaboration agreement in this and new projects. Moreover, there are chances to expand our cooperation with one of the companies to another European project. The assessment of all participants have been very positive and two of the participating students received job offers from host companies. One of them joined the staff and continues working with them at the moment. The choice of participants in the project was conducted publicly and with no sex, race and / or religion discrimination. All mobilities made have been recognized, as they have been made as a part of the compulsory module calleed ?Training at Workplace? (22 credits). After the return of the participants, Mutriku BHI organized ?as usually- Erasmus conferences, where all the participants give talks about their experiences to the rest of the educational community (students of other courses, teachers, etc.), Local media also reflected the participation of students and teachers in the Erasmus project. The magazine of Mutriku BHI also published the experiences of the Erasmus project. All this diffusion work has been reflected in the interest to participate in European projects of students of lower grades (as a probe, this year the number of applications to participate in Erasmus projects has doubled).
