Higher education student and staff mobility project
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 30 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The concern about the working situation of our young students and the high tax of unemployment among our recent graduates were at the core of the creation of this Consortium and the submission of the proposal. In this context, the fact that our students and graduates have enjoyed a training period in Europe will be a trigger to their personal and professional development. After having defined the needs of our students we can say we have achieved the following results: • An increase in the professional qualification of our students • Improvement in autonomy capacity, tolerance, flexibility and adaptability of our youngsters to different working environments. • Improvement of their linguistic competences and the personal skills of the participants, which facilitates mobility within Europe and intercultural development. • Obtaining the qualifications and / or the Europass certificate, increasing the number of graduates in Jerez de la Frontera. • Increasing labour competitiveness of participants • Increasing employability. On the other hand, for all those involved in this mobility program, sending partners, coordinator, host partners and participants, this project has increased our feelings for Europe and our European consciousness; we have learnt to appreciate other ways of work and lifestyles, whereas at institutional level we have encouraged the mobility of our young trainees. We have also created a small network of work at European level that will be very useful in the development of the Erasmus + project that we have been granted for year 2015. Of the total number of grants, 8 have been developed, belonging to the following profiles: • 3 students of Management and Information Systems Network • 1 student of Production and Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing • 1 student of Automation and Robotics • 1 student of Secretary • 1 student of Advertising Graphics • 1 student of artistic ceramics Destination countries have been: France, Malta, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Belgium, Ireland and Italy. The consortium has worked together and has been well coordinated during the implementation of the project, maintaining at all stages a spirit of partnership and mutual assistance among the implied partners.
