The Headmaster and the Management Administrator ( also teacher of the Higher Technician in Pre Primary Education course ) of the CIFP Ávila ( Centro Integrado de Formación Profesional de Ávila ) have visited and stayed in five anglo-spanish Nurserie Schools in London in a job-shadowing activity, to know the rules of daily working, their methodology and the continuous training that the companies give to their employers. Cifp Ávila, in its first Erasmus Programme action in 2013, sent two students several years ago who are currently working in the Nursery Schools where they have previously done their trainee period after finishing their studies, and these nurseries in London has been the places where the teachers have carried out our very interesting and productive job shadowing and training stay. The training visit has also offered the chance to continue the cooperation between our centre and the Nurserie Scholls in the future, and it is a start point to do other cooperations in the future and an open door to more jobshadowing and training projects for our teachers with other European Union countries, and what is more, receiving the foreign workers of these Nursery Schools in spanish nurseries for a job shadowing stays in Ávila and in our centre for trainee periods too.
