Our project?s aim was to give the opportunity to 7 students to train in Europe for a work-placement and allow the transnational mobility to 1 staff and 2 teachers. Concerning the students, we had, at the beginning, about 12 applications et for the staff and teachers, 4 ones. After having selected the students, we had 7 motivated students left, 5 specialized in Communication and 2 in Administration and Management, they had all a correct level in English or in Spanish to be able to access an European mobility. In fact, 4 students were sent into Europe but one broke her training ship period before the end of the eligible time. Indeed, the missions done didn?t completely conform to the professional skills required for the final examination. Among the 3 students who didn?t go to a mobility, for one in the first year of the BTS Communication, the student and the Lycée didn?t find a Swedish firm ready to give him tasks compatible with the strong examination?s requirements. For another student in Communication, the firm was identified but the student preferred to carry out her work-placement in France. For the last one, in BTS Administration and Management, with the student, we contacted firms in Ireland without getting early enough definitive answers to her application. However, the 3 students who left for a mobility, 2 in Communication whose one was in the U.K. and the other in Spain and one in Administration and Management who trained in Belgium, all they validated their work-placement and so, the missions they carried out. These students shared their great experiences to students in the first year of the Hnd., interested in doing an Erasmus+ mobility in 2015/2016. The students sent in 2014/2015 are now the mentors of the new selected students. The three firms where the students trained, confirmed us that they are ready to welcome new students as ERASMUS+ trainees. About the two grants for teachers, there were used for a mobility to Palma (Spain) et and the staff grant was divided in two and used for two different destinations : Amsterdam and the Balearic islands, in order to strengthen the partnership with two different schools.
