Higher education student and staff mobility project

The project is a part of the sector " international opening " of the project of establishment which aims at making known about the pupils, the students and personal their international environment but also to assure the distribution outside of the image of the high school (high school of the success for all). The establishment already receives pupils stemming from Europe, and the project is to develop these exchanges and so that all the community can welcome them at best, the maximum of people has to be bilingual. The project also is to convince certain staffs of the importance of the cultural discovery, the knowledge of others and their living environment (social, economic) afin also to allow a better integration of the young people managing in mobility but also to prepare better those whom we school to leave for mobility. This year eight students and six staffs benefited from exchanges Erasmus +. The students arise from several municipalities of the territory and are also of social origin diverse. The students were able to follow language courses and to perfect their knowledge by being immersed in companies in more or less narrow connection with the followed studies. The establishment thought that the fact for certain students to leave for training course for some for the first time far from their usual living environment would allow to show to the young people of the high school and even to those who are not of the establishment that we can succeed while we are immersed in a different environment. The reality agreed with the team involved in the international opening because these students would still have wanted to be trained for year to come in a company situated outside their region. They already have during the morning of meeting of the students (any sections confused) presented their experience and recommended strongly to their companions to seize the opportunity which is offered to them. They put forward the advantages in operational, human terms, of opening of spirit and control of a foreign language.They reached practices of companies, families, they confronted their real-life experiences and were able to estimate the possible opportunities. They suggested them accompanying them in their initiative and making them benefit all the necessary advice. Their project is to create a slide show to be given and to participate in courses of linguistic support. Two of our students of the section tourism agreed to be columnists on a local television channel and on this occasion, they scheduled sequences on their experience of mobility in a company of an European country and their discovery of one other culture. The staffs are of administrative category or teachers among whom one in particular has for purpose to teach its subject in English language. This year the teaching personnel had a profile more centred on the company (professors of economic and social sciences and professors of economy, management and management). They teach in sections where the pupils are for the most part of modest social category and who have difficulty in planning ahead. Some of the staffs besides the foreign courts of deepening in living language had for mission to contact companies and or schools to establish labor relations but also assure a follow-up of the students in mobility. It was a question for all of developing the axis " international opening " of the establishment and of integrating(joining) the group pilots for the international.Two of the teachers are going(taking) up a journey culture and linguistics for the pupils of their section (among which many are modest and little comfortable with the foreign languages) while they would not have imagined to make it if they had not benefited from this stock exchange Erasmus +. The strengthening of their level in foreign language, the observation of the experience which the students collected of their mobility gave them the desire ) to launch into this project. The project of education(teaching) of the economics and social in foreign living language is in progress. The administrative personnel has to receive, inform, understand pupils, parents and staffs of foreign language (we receive Spanish-speakers, English speakers of the Caribbean but also the young people coming from Europe (Portugal, Germany).. He has to establish and conclude agreements and make the follow-up. Even if the collaboration of the professors of foreign language is appropriate in the very legal situations It is important that the administrative personnel is capable of mastering with the maximum of precision an international language.
