Higher education student and staff mobility project
Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 30 sept. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project comprises mobility activities for students and school staff. Through this mobility, students do an internship in a company (SMP) in order to take contact with the productive and working environment in other countries, while school staff can do a training period either in a company or in a school environment. Our school got the Erasmus Charter in 2008 and started to participate in the Project in 2009, at the beginning with student internships and since 2012, with the new Extended Erasmus Charter for Higher Education, with school staff too. Since its origin, the main goal of the Project has been to give our students the opportunity to develop an internship in companies on different countries in the UE to achieve an improvement from the point of view of their training but also to give them the opportunity to live and work in a foreign country and to get in contact with other cultures. Briefly, to make Europe part of the training process of our students. During these years, 7 teachers and more than 50 students of our vocational school and its different professional branches. We have undertaken different activities but all targeted on the student internships and the different countries where we are still in contact: Germany, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Finland, France, Poland and in the last years also with Malta. The results are shown below but we can summarise them in a wider international presence of our school as well as the participation in conferences and international meetings such as EIVET, in which we are partners. Our school has also achieved more prestige in a national but also in an international level. Regarding the benefits for our students we can summarize them in one: the Erasmus Program has contributed to Europe more than every other institution. The results for all our students that have benefit from this program are excellent in the academic but also in the professional training level and in the human sense.
