The Charta determines the main principles to be respected by the University when carrying out student and staff mobility activities and also gives the general framework for the most important tasks and duties in connection with the mobilities. The institutional strategy aims tho improve cooperation with the partner and non-partner countries through mobilities for the purpose to enhance the quality of higher education. This brings long lasting benefits for the participants in the future. The project supports the in- and outgoing mobility of students and staff in order to give them the possibility to spend a period abroad and so increase their personal skills and employability and to share good practices in the education. It supports and respects student and staff mobility without any discrimination by granting the same mobility possibilities and treatment for the people from disadvantaged background groups. Supports the academic and non-academic staff mobility according to the educational development plans of the University , recognises and utilizes the knowledges and experiences obtained from the mobilities and integrates them to it?s long-term development plans. By accepting incoming mobility contributes to the international recognition of the Univesity and to build up wide network of relationships.
