The completed project follows years of student mobility within the European Union and behind. The unique participant is the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, a medium/small size Italian University with around 10,000 students enrolled. Aim of the project was to enhance the interactions of both students and staff with peers within the European Union. With this aim, within the project, student and staff mobility has been largely supported. Student mobility found a certain success, with good performances in case of mobility for traineeships (37 students, more than planned) and for study (65 students). It is also worth mentioning the high overall rate of satisfaction expressed by students for their experiences (more than 90% in the average). Also staff mobility (both for teaching and for training) was a success (33 people moved, with 100% of them satisfied). As a drawback, that corresponds to the main issue to be addressed in a future, it should be finally mentioned that too many students withdraw from the project before moving, once mobility funds have been assigned to them.
