The TFH strategy for internationalisation is to improve the student mobility as well as the staff mobility. Approx. 40% of the TFH´s students have a mifgration background. An exchange activity with the former parents home country could be an alternative especially for those students. Here we often have None or only small language difficulties. TFH offers bachelor- and master programs in the area of Engineering sciences. It ios focussed especially to raw materials (Exploration, processing, Management). Therefore most international activities are with universities from countries with many raw materials. In 2014 TFH was able to realise a 2 - Semesters study- stay with Turkey. Hereby TFH could Support a Student with a turkish Migration Background. Further on one TFH lecturer visited our partner university in Gleiwice/Poland. He taught Geotechnics and applied Geology there for one week. With the Erasmus + Program TFH could improve the students mobility as well as the staff mobility. TFH developped herewith the internaitonalisaiton of teasching as well as the possibility to gain international experiences.
