The project was initiated in 2014 and had as main objective the staff mobility and an international semester for the students. During the project, considering the restructuring in course in the Military Academy, with the integration in Instituto Universitário Militar (Military University Institute), it was only possible to carry out the staff mobility (STA and STT). This mobility action was carried out with other military and civilian Higher Education Institutions (IES, in Portuguese). The participants were civilian (2) and military (11) professors and this mobility permitted not only to know the work of other institutions, which is relevant for the courses of the Military Academy, but also to establish professional relations to develop joint projects. Currently, 2 projects are being developed, in the area of Leadership Competences, a project in the area of Military Tactics and a project in the area of Military Physical Training. Contacts are also being established in English Language area, for Military purposes, in the sense of enabling future staff mobility coming from military IES.
