With our project "Heterogeneity at our school - challenges and opportunities" we want to face the challenges posed by a heterogeneous student body. We want to prepare our students for life in the global society in Europe. It is our effort to promote our pupils individually, to strengthen the development of personalities and to teach technical, methodological and social skills. Our goal is the creation of a structured school development concept. We consider in particular the aspects of inclusion, integration, migration, social origin. On the activity of the Key Action 1 / Learning mobility of individuals, the school board takes part, coordinating the project. Participants are also a colleague from the primary school and a colleague from the middle school, both are involved in the development of the school and working as multipliers. In control groups and quality circles and by offering school-house training the entire teaching staff will be involved. We assume that the project will be very good for our pupils and that by addressing experiences in Europe the European idea is promoted.
