PEOPLE LEARNING AND TEACHING IN EVERY WAY Our project aims to make special needs children who aren't showed in formality in many schools active in life by means of progressing in the proccess of diagnose, tracking and direction. Being a dormitory school, our education institution tries to make students feel 'learning through experience' by presenting lots of opportunities including open-air chess field, theatre and drama, conference hall, football and basketball grounds. It struggles for special needs chidren (gifted,talented and learning disability) to be dynamic in society and training periods. Thanks to this course, gifted students' performances and potencies are lifted to the highest levels by creating awareness. Students with learning disability are aimed to achieve success in school and life by reducing unwanted learned attitudes like shyness, hyperactivity, behaviour disorders. With the help of guidance counselor, our school applies sensual and cognitive tests every 2 months; however, it leaves something to be desired for teachers in the process of identification and applied methodologies and techniques. Accordingly, six idealist branch teachers who wants to take professional satisfaction and efficiency from their occupation aim to get essential requirement by preparing a project about this subject. Before the project takes place, we will research the problems of special needs children, individual differences and school system in England by making use of networks like e-twinning and twinscape and will get essential informations. After six teachers have ten days in-service training, the school director, counsellor, dormitory counsellor and all school staff will exchange information and this wiil create a system which is adapted to our education system. Provincial Directorate of National Education and Public Education Center will work with course participants collectively and will teach in other six schools in our province, so it will gain success in the province. Our 12-month overseas training will enable the students to come to firm steps. After six participant teachers come back from the course, they will improve acculturative and communication and they will make improvement in the success of our province and human relations by being an example to province teachers encouraging projects like this. 6 teachers aim to include special need children to the utopic word of teachers. Those teachers have been choosen intentionally from the teachers who are between their first-fifth years of their occupation. They will get more educational satisfaction from their occupations and won't lose any parts of their occupational satisfaction. So they will double their knowledge and accomplishments. Moreover, We will make Special Needs Children, who are basic goals of EU 2020 Education and Instruction Strategies, get jobs and helpful to the society.
