DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND OF OUR PROJECT Quality of the service in preschool education is as important as dissemination activities. Dissemination activities carried out by ignoring the quality problems bring many other problems in the future .In order to service qualified education,it is essential to increase investments. Improving physical conditions and the implemented programs qualities are as important as sound policies and planning. As a result of Swot analysis applied by Karşıyaka National Education Directorate ,it was identified that the enrollment rates are low in preschool education for disadvantaged children in the disadvantaged areas. In order to ensure the integrity of our pre-school education institutions,’ an Integrated Education Project’(code TR31/13OME/0008) was started in 2014. Our institution received 609 thousand TL grand with 6 independent kindergardens.It was provided by İzmir Development Agency (İzka). In 29 classes, innovative approaches were applied thus some arrangements were made in training methods and techniques. Diversity of educational materials are not only for students with special needs bot also for normal children. It is enriched with Montessori materaials and supplied infrastructural developments needed for the project. Improving physical properties of the learning environment, infrastructural developments were provided for kindergardens.However, the training of trainers were incomplated in this project. It is found that teachers couldn't practise innovative approches. In this case, the teachers should follow developments in this area and should learn studies which were applied in Europe .* OBJECTIVES OF OUR PROJECT::1)teachers and school administrators who have high quality teaching skills, will have ability to cope with a variety of learner groups and they will raise their profile with using new training techniques and equipments.2)to improve teachers’ education.Teachers will learn how to cope with a variety of learner groups (including migrants and Romans)3)to plan the necessary changes and improvements ,in order to strengthen the role of leadership in education, to implement collaborative and innovative applications 4)to achieve better learning outcomes it is necessary to improve service quality and in order to guarantee a good start to the education for all children, especially in early childhood education and care it is neccessary to develop a holistic and age-appropriate pedagogical framework . 5)to support the development of co-operation with parents and other external stakeholders with the project named ‘EVERY CHILD IS DIFFERENT; EVERY CHILD IS EQUAL’ 6) With the EVERY CHILD IS DIFFERENT; EVERY CHILD IS EQUAL project it is planned to improve integrated co-operation with the parents as well as the internal cooperation and support the networking of schools7)to support the holistic approach to teaching and cooperation and networking in the schools, create a personalized teaching and learning conditions for students and support projects aimed at developing methods;8)to support pre-school institutions' innovative methods, also combat early school leaving and disadvantages * NUMBER AND PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS: Project skateholders are a total of 33 people, including the Preschool teachers, and administrators.In determining the number of participants from institutions, the number of employees has been decisive criterion. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES: Course programs for teachers will be held in Italy, Germany and the UK.* THE METHODOLOGY WHICH WILL BE USED WHILE CARRYING OUT OF OUR PROJECT – Information and Guidance,- Learning Plan,- Personalization,- General preparation,- Linguistic preparation,- Logistics Support, -Consulting, -Certification, -Reintegration and evaluation, -Commitments and Responsibilities.*ESTIMATED RESULTS AND IMPACTS OF OUR PROJECT:At the end of the project all skateholders will transfer all the knowledge and experience which gained abroad to their institutions.They will contribute implementation of the innovative approaches in preschool education to the access European standards in their institutions.
