.The Project was prepared for building an international interaction on Organ Donation.For that , at first we made a platform and selected the leader participants.The legal representative was chosen who has Project experience and another group leader was decided to be chosen to follow the budget process. For the Project,social media,e-mail groups ,international organ donation activities etc.. were folllowed and the partners from Romania,Italy and Gergia were found.Regarding the positive discrimination principle ,they are asked to select 5 female and 4 male participants and a group leader.the mandates were signed with these countries' legal representitives.Before the mobility date The Italian ‘ jump in ‘ team said they couldnt buy tickets because of financial difficulties and the situation was reported to the Turkish national Agency.After the confirmation the participant number of Italy was directed to Romania and Georgia ,and the total number which should have been 30 became 28 . The situation was indicated in budget section. The main concept of theproject was to build an international voice on Organ Donation . We acted through that and never left that concept.So all of the preparations were made by Turkish team before the Project.The thing we wanted was the situation,statistics and precautions in their countries from the other partners .Romania and Georgia teams were ready to make presentations on this situation.This quality preparation as stated in Erasmus+ program Guide , served for Health and Peace.The dissemination activities also served as awareness on about 4000-5000 people.Besides it was a pre-work for EU citizenship,too.The big participation on Cultural event,helped the participants and their countries to know each other.At the same time the active participation of the youngs were our background target,too.44 participants worked together. if we dont count the leaders 39 young participants interacted in this Project.Because of the common language ,English no problem occured on comminucation.The probable problems were prevented because of the great efforts of the leaders. Almost all of the targets were reached.the biggest aim of the Project was to create a regional,national and European social attempt.So 44 participants from 3 countries were together and had a work.there were some works done for other aims ; which is to disseminate the Project to the other countries and applying for next calls of the countries.So the Project served for European culture citizenship,social entrepreneurship,multilingualism ,culture transfer ,learning to work with group ,developing learning and personal development,too.This situation was surveyed and observed with the qustionnaires before and after the studies. For the profiles of the participants ,Georgian team was observed to be from the youngs aged 17-30 .Many of the were university students or graduates and had good degree of English.For cultural interaction Georgian team was seen more intimate fort hey are the neighbour country.Romanian Team was seen as aged 24-30 .Tis group was also university students or graduates.Their language proficiency provided contribution to the Project.The doctor participant from the Romanian team contributed to the Project directly and technically.The number of femal participants were more as for Positivie discrimination.The situation was also observed in Public and the reactions were positive. The activities were trainings,hospital tours,patient visit,open air activity and the town square activities.the 3 days of trainings were our leader activities fort his Project.The opening and closing activities were done to the protocol with the simultaneous translation. The results of the Project: 1. The aims of the Project were comprehended. 2. A regional influence was gained that we needed. 3. A Project culture was built 4. A mutual communication web was built 5. The common action of different cultures were seen. For Project affects the personal applications of organ donation were seen to be done to the Public Hospital.the participants talked about that in their homes and the attention of the parentsand the encouragement for donation were seen.This will be a very good statistics for the country ,too.the participants would keep on the work in their countries,too. Finally, the group leaders observed the preparations of the participants for EU Citizenship , the care about health and peace and the social development of the participants .
