Why we prepared this Project: the Project is developed to create solution for the memory disorders that Alzheimer or Dementia cause. In this case; we start out to set a course for the problems, which our staff, students, and nursing staff at home face. In this frame, the project will be contributive to employment of the students who participate to our project through the healthy aging and welfare which is in the background of our Project. Moreover, the health problems damage the country’s economy; therefore our Project will be contributive to the economy through its long-termed benefits. The project is prepared as a result of problems of the vocational teachers and students and it aims to minimize the problems caused by a considerable social problem. In this frame, the monitoring and assessment will stick to Europe 2020, ET 2020, and European Values which are set in the Project guide.KA1 and the Project has the capacity of integration of the innovative methods and daily activities. It also creates a collectivity in different areas and institutions which acts in other socio-economic (health, economy, education, and social) sectors. It aims to present sustainable, fulfilling the personal needs, and awareness raising outputs. The outputs as summary are;1. In collectivity with 2 foreign institutions to share the experiences,2. Developing innovative approaches on Alzheimer, medical dressing, and preventing home accidences,3. To aim formal education for the school-students, and informal education for the other participants,4. To make the studies certificated by Europass document and certification by the ministry of national education,5. The long-termed objective of the Project is to provide multiple languages and acquisition of social entrepreneurship for the students. Additionally, it aims to plan the European Citizenship and employment in consideration of the studies. The actions that includes our activities are divided into 3 categories: a. By the acceptance of the project, arranging the transnational meeting and workshop, hosted by the appropriate international partner.b. Mobility of 40 students from our school and 2 companions for internship,c. 7 vocational lesson teachers and 1 vocational education coordinator will visit abroad for 2 weeks long attendance observation ,Objectives of the Project:1. Within the Project, 40 students (2 companion) will acquire new approaches and experiences in this field,2. In our school in total 8 teachers will take education in this field and acquire the different implementations and gain new skills,3. We aim to contact with about 300 patients and inform them,4. 2 different culture will be presented,5. We aim to arrange cultural tours,6. 50 individuals may have the opportunity of acquiring foreign languages,7. The Project aims to be the career guides for 40 students,8. 3 different institution will acquire strategic development, institutional management, leadership, capacity of providing learning, and internalization experience,9. One of the objectives is providing acquirement of entrepreneurship with innovation and innovative approaches,10. One count ( the print run is going to be 300 counts) project book will be prepared,11. The book will be distributed at least to 200 different institutions,Participants within the Project: the participants are grouped as 10 female and 10 male the students, 4 teachers, and 1 companion to Germany; 10 female and 10 male students, 4 teachers, and will be sent companion to Italy. The students are from the common education institution and 10. – 11. classes, from the nursing department. The selection of gender equality and objectiveness in selection will be provided. The students who have GPA over 60, have no disciplinary penalty, and have geographic-economic status handicap will be involved. The other participants will be teachers who are selected objectively by the institution administration. Here the number of female teachers will be more. Additionally, they need to be expert in elderly care field and worked in medical dressing area. One participant from each will be selected from the administration. By the project process, the project management team, the monitoring and evaluation team, and mail controller team will be formed. The significant importance will be provided to everyone to reach the projects data and study. The researches and statistics will be conducted under the control of the Measurement and Evaluation Expert by negotiating the region universities. (Otherwise, the service pursue will be provided.) As long-term effects, the project will provide experience in dementia and Alzheimer and decrease the pain. A scientific project book will be presented and this source will be used by the students in their future education studies.
