The existing infectious diseases constitute a large amount of the main health problems and threaten human life since the beginning of life on earth. In spite of the quite large developments and advances against the infectious diseases with the development of modern medicine and vaccine technology in last centuries, human being’s combat with infectious diseases such as AIDS, SARS, Hepatitis, Avian Influenza and Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever continues, which have just emerged and whose treatment have not found completely yet. One of the the most important task in this combat against these diseases is in the responsibility of the nurses except the doctors. Nursing service is for all the people even they are young or old, healty or sick and it exists everywhere that people live. Since our country has a wide range of geography and population that increases day by day,the nursing field is an intensive labor sector,which has a significant potential for employment.Nursing area is among the most popular and promising professions for the future of our country which has got a lot of choices of job opportunities in public and private areas.Because of that reason,the adoption of the profession by society is important for the quality of the service that is provided to the community.Quality of service and quality of education can not be considered separately.In order to improve the access of health services,one of the most important issues that should be considered is increasing the number of trained personnel. Train and employ qualified personnel in the health sector and established in order to ensure diversity; The consortium coordinator Private İhtisas Anatolian Health Vocational High School and its partners with Kazan Anatolian Health Vocational High School and Keçioren Anatolian Anatolian Health Vocational High School students taking the rapidly growing health sector to meet the needs of the labor market in this area of health personnel to meet the needs of nursing in the field of vocational training schools that are However,looking the demands of the region's socio-economic characteristics and school locations of the labor market, many employers of new graduates should not always the only formal education, but also a person's work experience in different environments, is to look at the talent and skills. In addition,the modules developed by the MEGEP"Infectious Diseases and Maintenance"modules have not yet been completed.So they cause deficiencies in the curriculum.However,this sector which is growing and developing rapidly,needs skilled labour that has work experience and who is volunteer to development himself. Our Project aims to provide the necessary knowledge and skills that provide employment opportunities at public or private institutions for participatant.For this purpose,the project partnership has been developed with the associations which give professional education in the field of health,have been equipped with the latest technological equipments.2 week-long internship activities include the applications in the modern and fully equipped hospitals in which studies are carried out on the infectious diseases and hospital infections. Our project goals are; •acquiring the knowledge and skills in infectious diseases and hospital infections,the clinical features,treatment,control,and nursing care and immunization •acquiring the integration of business life •acquiring the entrepreneurship,teamwork,social cohesion,skills development and so on •acquiring general and professional development of foreign language skills •acquiring of European awareness The expected results of the Project are; •increasing employment opportunities for the participants •improving the service quality of the schools with the transfer of innovative and modern practices of the host institutions •contributing to the labor needs of the health sector. Totally 40 students will benefit from the internship activities for two weeks. 1st and 2nd mobilities of the internship program shall be carried out simultaneously in Hospitals of Germany and Poland between October 19 and November 2, 2014 and 3rd and 4th mobilities shall be conducted simultaneously in Hospitals of Romania ad Germany between 2 and 16 November 2014. 4 teachers shall accompany the students as 1 teacher for each group of students.
