The Project Goals, Scope and Content
Despite being a reputable and rooted one, Our school has fell behind the contemporary education level.Thus we need to catch up with the innovative and suitable education sense of European Union. So we will be able to create a more qualified education environment and help the students to become more qualitative graduates.For this reason ; having determined the needs , we agreed to attend the course called “Quality in Education” within our “Aiming Quality For education” Project.
Main Objectives of The Project
*To begin with the participants, bringing out an awareness of the existing modern education system in EU.
*Monitoring the physical environment, the general system and process at the schools to be visited in Italy.
*Being conscious of the need to provide appropriate conditions for having more qualitative graduates
The Profile and Number of Participants
*We have 8 teachers, including our school principal and assistant manager ,in our project.The teachers have been chosen by a council ,which were assigned by the school management. Having chosen the participants ,the council took into consideration the criteria determined by the school principal.( being a member of school staff& the council of school quality management - volunteering- contributing to improve the quality in education- believing in EU citizenship , adopting democracy as a civic duty.)
The 2 teachers were the coordination members of the project. The other 2 participants were The school manager and assistant manager. And the other four were chosen according to the general criteria mentioned above.

Methodology of The Project
While conducting the project; Obtaining information ,investigation ,problem detecting, implementation ,status analysis, brain storming, debate , assessment methods ; monitoring, presentation, question and answer, documentation and reporting...
Projected Results and Impacts
*Primarily for school management and then for all staff ,obtaining more qualitative goals and having a visionary perspective for EU education standards.
*Analysing the applications to be adopted in our school while monitoring the education environments during the course mobility in Italy.
*Taking into consideration the reports that were brought out by the need analysis and generating an environment to put the applications into practice.
*Using local press, social media , school web site and e-twinning; also organising seminars ; sharing the information end experience with our school’s and the others’ staff. So providing dissemination and sustainability .
*Conducting surveys on the participants and on the other teachers with which the experiences are going to be shared on a board-scale; getting feedback
