From 17 to 31 October 2014 in Fréjus (in the south east of France), in the frames of the youth exchange project "HEALTHY EUROPEAN YOUTH - www.HealthyYouth.eu", the French young people will host groups of young people from different countries of the EU (Denmark, Italy, Portugal) and its neighbourhood (Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia). The youth exchange will gather 48 youngsters (aged 18-28) and 8 group leaders from 8 counties participating in the project. The project aims to promote a culture of healthy lifestyles among young people of Western and Eastern Europe, especially by outdoor activities and grassroots sports. During the exchange the young participants will organise workshops on the theme of healthy lifestyle, will participate to outdoor sports, to sessions about Europe and about intercultural learning. As result of the project they will edit a Web site www.healthyyouth.eu giving healthy lifestyle tips to young people. The young participants of the project are willing to share their experience and to update the Web site till 2020. In this way, they will participate in the construction of the future of Europe, as persuade today's youth adopt healthy lifestyle very early, will allow tomorrow's Europe to have citizens who will get older staying physically active and healthy.
