In our institution, we developed the project with the aim to solve problems in the long term we face; terms of health and safety, Improving the quality of our school safety and mental health quality standards of students and school staff, physical and social aspects of being in full the kindness and aims to sustainability of the health and safety culture. The improvement of the competences of school personnel to increase the health and safety standards in schools is vital.  With the aim of development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of school staff and gain an European dimension; the courses organized by training providers in Europe 'First Aid, Health and Safety at School, Crisis Management and Special Needs Children' will be hosting our school staff. The training courses will be held in Czech Republic, Greece, Spain Cyprus, and will implement 18 staff mobility. Our project; A series which aims to be able to share and disseminate the project results and experiences in the field of education personnel recovery operations in Europe will be carried out. Seminars for parents, our students' health and safety themed art activities and an exhibition of these works will be exhibited in the school-site open to public, health and safety committee main activity of our creation. Total health and safety quality of our school through activities conducted during the project will be increase safety and health culture. The total duration of our project is 12 months and developing new project ideas, the creation of new partnerships and international activities in size will create the infrastructure to be carried out. The Health and Safety Committee which will be created during several activities at school will be ensure the implementation of the monitoring of quality standards and the sustainability of our project. In the long term, the committee will take part actively in activities which will be implemented in our school and educational institutions in our region to improve the quality of health and safety work.
