Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juin 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The All Inn Hairdressing College provides training to future hairdressers on Vocational level 3 and wants to provide her students the opportunity to visit the same kind of training abroad and to have an internship there and follow an instruction program. Because of previous contacts with the Tech-und Berufsbildungscentrum in Leipzig (Germany) we choose for cooperation with this institution. In one year, we will have two groups of four students travelling to Leipzig start under the supervision of an experienced mentor. The first mobility is, if the Grant is allocated, scheduled for the summer or autumn of 2014 and the second in the spring of 2015. AIK chooses for a modest application in which two mobilities are organized to a partner abroad, because we as an organization have little experience with this type of project and therefore prefer a quiet start. Before departure there will be various preparatory activities in our school. 1. The selection procedure. 2. Preparation lessons about the host country, the city and the institution. 3. A briefing for selected students, parents and staff. 4. The signing of an International Student - Trainee Agreement Form. This form is included in the Annexes. While staying at the Tech-und Berufsbildungscentrum in Leipzig (TBZ) is a programme is implemented, which consists of the following components: practical lessons, visits to hair salons, discussions with fellow students from TBZ, training in hairdressing salons and excursions. This program is written in the International Student - Trainee Agreement Form. The AIK and TBZ have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, because the partners are aware of their concern for quality. The managements of the All Inn Barber College and Technology-und Berufsbildungscentrum have a strong focus on quality control and the improving the quality of the various courses aiming at working with quality teams of instructors and the promotion of a quality culture. In this regard, the two institutions concerning ECVET will enter into a cooperative relationship. ECVET promotes not only mobility, but should also facilitate the transfer, accumulation and recognition of learning outcomes in different learning contexts (informal formal, non-formal). ECVET is being developed by the parties in Europe, voluntary and mutual trust.
