The youth is becoming an important issue for future of Europe day by day. Youth is that seems assurance of the future, foreshadow to big crisis due to unemployment in Europe. Approximately, 73 millions young people have been looking for a job in different countries in the world. In our country,the young unemployment natio is twofold of total unemployment. Young unemployment is %25,3 however the total unemployment is %14 in 2009. Balıkesir is the worst city of the Marmara Region on the unemployment.Youth's problems have been increasing. General aim of our project is to allay the young unemployment and to increase the employment. Special aim of our project; 1) To concern of society's attention to ''Young Unemployment'' and to draw attention the problems that because of young employment. 2) To generate solutions about ''Young Unemployment Notion'' as challenging among the young people. 3) To draw attention the ''Young Unemployment Problem'' on the policy evaluations about the unemployment. 4) To find out solutions and make easy for employment young people, 5) To improve that young people's competence and skills for their working life. Our project is going to be involved in several activities to make real these special aims, to challenge the unemployment problem, to develop the necessary behaviors on this issue and to use interactive learning methods and activities. Thus, draw attention is being to young unemployment problem which is resource of opiate, drug addiction,anger etc... Furthermore, via our project called ''First step to make your dreams real'', the young people is learning the ways of competing with unemployment problem. This is a ''Youth Exchange Project'' that has four partners have 23 participators that Ukraine,Spain,Romania (5 participators) and Turkey (8 participators). This project is consist of 18-26 years old people who disadvantageous unemployment.Our project is realizing in August 2014, in Balıkesir and Akçay (Balıkesir)
