Harekete Geç Geleceğini Değiştir - Take Action to Change Your Future
Date du début: 12 juin 2015, Date de fin: 11 sept. 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Youth unemployment in Turkey has been at least two times larger than adult unemployment for long time. This phenomenon to reduce young unemployment in Turkey shows that adequate and effective policies were not applied. In addition, these rates for young unemployment are as large as that need to design economic and social policies together.International organizations, emphasize national strategies for youth employment in need for contribution of all stakeholders. In the age which should be the most efficient time of them, they think that unemployment is their destiny and they give up taking action and looking for a job. In our Uşak city where we live and are directly affected, according to the statement given by our Mayor of Uşak Municipality in September 2014 application for job in Uşak Municipality has been raised its 2,5 times by increasing 30 thousands people. 65% of these are young people living in Uşak. As young people living in and from Uşak we want to perform our project named Take Action To Change Your Life on the basis of the solution of this problem which we faced. Because both we and near environment are directly affected by the same issue. For 8 days with 39 young people in total together with three non-governmental organizations experienced in youth unemployment and our partner from abroad, we will be in sharing experience about gaining unemployed people back in social life, will contribute to make them feel self-confident and aware their abilities by organizing different workshops, will perform studies with their peer and older people who faced the same problem before and overcame the problem and will present samples, will contribute to their personal development with different common education activities which we correlate with the subject. The project which we will perform in 10-15 November in Uşak will be an experiment for both participating organization of partner country and our youth group.
