THP is an innovative and unique theatre production which will be co-created by award-winning Northern Irish Theatre Company, Prime Cut Productions [PCP] in partnership with internationally acclaimed Bosnian Theatre Company East West [EWT] and the Mladinsko Theatre [TMT] . This cross European Partnership will be supported by a number of Associate Partners including: Derry City of Culture 2013; The MAC Belfast; and MESS festival. Each partner will bring a wealth of expertise and resources to the project culminating in the world premiere of ‘The Happiness Project ’ [ THP] which will be showcased at major Arts Festivals across Europe including MESS Festival Sarajevo, the Ulster Bank Festival at Queens, The Dublin Theatre Festival it will be the closing theatre presentation at Derry City of Culture 2013 before being presented in the Mladinsko Theatre, Ljubljana and the Schaubuhne, Berlin early 2014. Company PCP The production will be accompanied by an education and outreach programme which will be offered to user groups who will participate in workshops which will explore the themes and issues of the play and a ticket subsidy scheme that will ensure access for any group who may find cost prohibitive.
