Within this project, trainees in dual training , trainers , entrepreneurs and vocational teachers of the craft business will gain work experiences and european qualification in Ireland, England and Italy. The aim of the two - year project is to qualify the mentioned target groups in terms of the demand for professionals with language skills , intercultural competence, experience abroad and European / industry-related expertise. The learning requirements vary profession and target audience. They are described in terms of learning outcomes in learning agreements . Participants will gain knowledge in the intercultural field, get an overview of the respective economic and educational system, get social skills and career-related work experience. Participants can increase their own employment opportunities in the region and the EU through the additional qualifications. They professionals will be more flexible, innovative and bring new ideas regarding methods and techniques in to the business. Employees with this type of training could also help to ensure that employees from EU countries can be better integrated. For the long -term securing skilled labor , especially in terms of shortage occupations necessary. Participants can participate in planned group excursions or individual stays. The duration can be from 5 days up to 3 months, depending vary the target group. The implementation includes internships phases as well Jobshadowing and internships, a technical and cultural programs and language courses as required. The organization includes each of the organizational, linguistic and intercultural preparation including preparation of flight booking, organization of accommodation, local transfers, if necessary, language & culture program locally, support, recognition and evaluation. ECVET tools and documents of the EU will be used for implementation. The project contributes to the improvement in professional, language and social skills of the participants, as well as to improve the attractiveness of employers, improving the image of apprenticeships and the craft business.
