Handshake - Development of Hungarian and Serbian vocational and adult education systems through competency based training activities (Handshake)

Educational cooperation, focusing on extended educational and vocational cooperation among institutions, delivery of specialized joint vocational training programmes for people with multiple disadvantages, staff exchange for strengthening cooperation of experts in the education and vocational training sector, student exchange for facilitation learning in international learning environment.Hungarian-Serbian bilingualism is strengthened by bilingual curricula (hotel assistant, ecological farming) accredited in both countries and bilingual training materials.The direct target group of project is the underprivileged. They are provided human services and labor market oriented, competency based trainings to compensate their disadvantages on the labor market. To achieve this, the project introduces Life Long Learning & Life Long Guidance approach. The indirect target group is teaching staff and counselors who are trained for adult course management and supporting Life Long Guidance activities. Due to project outputs, as long lasting results, labor market situation improves in partner regions, employability of labor force gets better, number of exchanges among educational and training staff and student mobility increases. Achievements: Elaborating "Adult course management" training of trainers complex curriculum and training material in Serbian and Hungarian, delivery of the training. Elaborating "Hotel assisstant" complex vocational training curriculum and training material in Serbian and Hungarian, delivery of the training. Elaborating "Ecological farming" complex vocatioal training curriculum and training material in Serbian and Hungarian, delivery of the training. Staff exchange Student exchange
