The partners create an innovating cross-border musical and sound creation centre at European level, with its operating base in Valenciennes. Through new forms of intervention and participation, they also train the public and raise awareness for music and sound creation. These innovating music and sound practices also contribute to building a strong cross-border cultural identity.
