HACIA LA CALIDAD Y LA INTEGRACIÓN A TRAVÉS DE FORMACIÓN AICLE-FRANCÉS

Recent legal changes have led to huge challenges that IES Don Bosco has to face. First of all, the new application rule (“distrito único”),actually implies a decrease of students that make their first option on our IES. In the meantime, students from Africa (French-speakers), are more and more common in our classes. That is why this project is working on two different axis, in order to develop vital strategies for the IES: -improving the qualification of the teachers, to the point of being able to offer CLIL studies (using French language) -improving measures to adapt the curricula to African French-speakers, in order to integrate them With the assistance and advise of the international well-known institution CAVILAM-VICHY-ALLIANCE FRANCAISE, though a number of training courses (4), this project goals to develop the skills of the teachers involved. The courses, specially designed by CAVILAM, fulfill our objetivs. According to the current legal frame (Decreto on Plurilingüismo, Castilla-la Mancha, January 22th, 2014) , the succed of this project could led to the implementation of a new European Section; this Content and Language Integrate Learning approach could solve these our needs and, at the same time, would involve a huge benefit for the community
