Youngsters who are active and who wants to develop ensures the sustainability of rural areas. Therefore for the lake Võrtsjärv region to be sustainable community, it is crucial to have active and enterprising young people in the region. Unfortunately, it is precisely the business knowledge of young people, in the region, that are very limited.During the youth exchange we want to open up the entrepreneurial nature (which skills, knowledge , attitudes and values it is made up ) and at the same time to explore the opportunities provided by the current society to realize their entrepreneurial spirit ( whether its activating the community , non-profit organization , social enterprise or a company ) .We want to bring out the advantages and disadvantages of business and entrepreneurship , the relationship between them and the way they interact with one another ( favor ). During the exchange we want to find out solutions to the following issues and questions: Enterprise and Entrepreneurship common sense and the differences .Entrepreneurship and its application possibilitiesWhat qualities and skills make a person entrepreneurial ?How do activate young people and maintain it ?What is the business , and by which features you can to recognize that there is social entrepreneurship?What changes will the youngster have if he or she is involved in business and how these things support entrepreneurship ?Youth exchange will be held in Estonia and participates are Estonian, Ukrainian, Latvian and Georgia youngsters. The age of young people involved in youth exchange are 16 and older. Participants background- young people who are active in school activities and outside the school (cultural houses in youth NGO-s ) In addition we want to involve young people who have become unemployed .Project Partners participants will be 18 and older (visa problems).
