The project, called ‘The guaranteed quality of job training’ is going to be executed in November 2016 and is going to concern the execution of international traineeship in Erlangen-Höchstadt district. The main objective of the projekt is acquiring new vocational and lanquage skills by students who undergo a training in German firms. The main aims of this project for the beneficiaries are:1. Improving vocational qualifications in informatics (programming) and mechatronics (the basics of PLC driver technology);2. Improving German language skills in technical vocabulary as well as speaking;3. Consolidating position on the job market through the traineeship in the EU countries;4. Acquiring knowledge of the neighbouring country culture;5. Promoting the idea of mobility among young people for the purpose of getting a job.The project will be beneficial in terms of improving the level of foreign language education and vocational subjects, school prestige as well as the interest of our potential future school candidates. We have established contact with our partner, we keep informing the students about the project, we recruit and prepare them in linguistic, cultural and psychological terms. We will manage the logistic aspects of this project by organising the transport and insurance and together with the intermediary body the cultural programme. Our intermediary body is The District Authority Office in Erlangen-Höchstadt. We have already been cooperating for a few years organising some youth projects (e.g. the youth meetings in Vestenbergsreuth and Kokotek) and conducted 2 Leonardo Da Vinci projects:- ‘ Improving the quality of job training’ – a competition in 2012;- ‘Higher quality of job training’ – a competition in 2013.The existing experience with our partner guarantees the project to be at its highest level. The intermediary body not only helps with organising board and accommodation but also appoints companies which are going to take out students on training. The student training programme is determined by the sending and the intermediary bodies as well as the companies and local employers. The project will be covered by monitoring. The evaluation process will take place on an ongoing basis. After finishing the training the participants will receive certificates with their acquired skills (e.g. Europass Mobility, certificates from the employers). The expected results of this project are in particular improving the vocational and linguistic competences both with experiencing the neighbouring country. Conducting the project will make it possible for the young people to move around freely on the European job market. They will also have the chance to communicate by means of German language. The acquired abilities will enable them to make professional contacts within the countries of EU.The outcome of this project will be published in the media, among the students, parents, teachers and the local authorities and employers. We ensure high quality of this project.
