Grenzüberschreitendes Moderieren von Dorfentwicklungsprozessen
Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juin 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The aim of this international seminar was to give all participants, who are full-time or volunteering multipliers in the organisation ?Ländliche Gilden?, further knowledge about presenting village development processes. The participants should benefit from the experience and the know-how of the SDL (?Schule für Land- und Dorfentwicklung?; school for rural development) in Thierhaupten, Bavaria. This experience has indeed enabled the participants to present village development processes and moderate local rural activity groups. We are offering this service on request or in the context of the village competition in the German-speaking Community ?Unser Dorf soll Zukunft haben?. The seminar took place on the 18-21 May 2015 and was organised, financed, and supervised by the SDL. The participants learned various moderation and consultation techniques in the context of rural development. Three days were dedicated to moderation techniques in the SDL facilities. The last day, three communities in the surrounding area were visited. Four active volunteers and the full-time educational consultant of the institution participated in this seminar. The organisation issued a public invitation to tender for the participation in this project. The seminar was specifically designed for this project, but participants from Bavaria were also allowed to partake. Eventually, fifteen people attended the seminar. The two full-time educational consultants defined beforehand the content of the seminar using e-mails and phone calls. This project preludes further cooperation and exchange between the SDL and the ?Ländliche Gilden?. Both regions shall benefit from this cooperation concerning rural development. Meanwhile, the five participants from the German-speaking Community are able to respond better and more target-oriented to requests and needs of the population. They can transfer their knowledge during moderation and accompanying processes. The organisation publishes articles in the local press and provides documentation about the seminar.
