Green Behavior for the next generations III / Зелено Поведение за следващите поколения 3
Date du début: 17 juin 2014, Date de fin: 1 sept. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project "Green behaviour for future generations III" is a direct continuation and combination of the already achieved youth exchange organized by “YAI” in 2008, " Get to know the surrounding world, find new horizons - Paint your world", achieved youth exchange "Green Behavior for the next generation" of the Italian organization “YouNet” in Palermo in 2011, in which project “YAI” was a partner organization and the second part of the project "Get to know the surrounding world, find new horizons - green behaviour for future generations II" implemented in Bulgaria at 2012 . After the exchange in Italy and Bulgaria the participants expressed their wish besides intercultural understanding and insight into the themes of ecology and green behavior that a Third project on similar topics should be held but on a "professional level". Project that has real results, not only for the participants but for the whole European community. After the workshops during the exchange, participants have set themes together, days, locations, working methods and outcomes that we aim to achieve. The main theme that was chosen is Ecology, the role of its development and its implementation by the EU Youth as a "public entity" in the European Union, structures and consciousness. The aim in this exchange is to make real results and to give information about benefits and opportunities of using green energy, recycling, investment in bio manufacturing and others. as well as possible solutions to youth unemployment via Ecology. We firmly believe that we can these goals by drafting a proposal "Green Behavior for the next generations". We strongly believe that this "final product" can achieve success in European and national institutions. Young people are united around the idea that this exchange must have intercultural knowledge between the countries, cultures and traditions of the participating countries, for these reasons the program was divided into three parts: cultural, practical and theoretical. To implement these goals it was decided that in presence of eight countries participating in the exchange, it would take 20 days for the exchange to be held to achive the need it results from it. The project as a whole for training, activities and distribution of the results would take nine months. Concerning the number of participants from each country, young people decided that the best format is six participants plus a leader of a group or seven young Europeans participating from country. Two of the organizations participating in the Youth Exchange in Italy didn’t have the opportunity to participate in it, which enabled us to look for other youth organizations working in the field of ecology, after a thorough search and selection of organizations, nationalities of the participating organizations are limited to Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Estonia, Portugal, Poland and Slovak republic. The place of the project was selected – the town of Apriltsi, due to the incredible opportunities and development of renewable energy sources in the region, which will serve as a starting point for achieving our goals. After checking the Internet it is established that the “Eko Hotel Apriltsi” responded most to the conduct of activities in the project. Methods and activities included in the program were made based on informal education. Through outdoor tasks, discussions, environmental reports and surveys of local residents and businesses we believe that young people can gain a real understanding and assessment of the underlying themes. This project is of great importance not only for the development of the organizations in the project, but is also a legacy that we shall leave for the future generations. We believe that only through the so called “Green behavior” we can turn the scales in favor of both the present young generations and the future generations of young Europeans.
