Study and take responsibility for own learning today can not everyone. The project "Granting the Necessary Competencies for the Present Person“ learners will enable primarily engaged in learning, then improve them self. In the first stage of the project in each partner country founded „Family school“ will be developed lifelong learning attitudes and abilities. The European Union experience shows that the community plays an important role in the implementation of lifelong learning. Parents help of educators will be encouraged to get involved in children's education process through informal activities and in relation to a child and his/her education organization.
During the project, the project will give participants the opportunity to improve literacy skills and remain their native country the historical and cultural heritage. In each country has established a "Family school" to develop social skills, where both adults and parents with children will have the opportunity to discover themselves in informal activities.
One in four adults in Europe have completed lower secondary education at most. Around one in five adults have low literacy and numeracy skills, and nearly one in three have very low or no ICT skills. Project will allow participate in courses of development the basic skills competencies such as Mother tongue literacy courses, English language courses, Digital writing skills courses and Cultural and Civic literacy. It will enhance the possibilities for adults, regardless of gender and their personal and family circumstances, to access high-quality learning opportunities at any time in their lives, in order to promote personal and professional development, empowerment, adaptability, employability and active participation in society.
Together with project teams in schools will be developed and tested the ability to learn, to communicate competence methodology to gather examples of teachers' practice. Generalized experiences of the competency development delivered in electronic publication for wide range of users.
Only conscious citizens, who know their country's history and its importance, can successfully develop their citizenship, to understand the importance of civic values of the present and future of Europe. For all countries are relevant to preservation of national traditions. Cooperation between Europenian countries and Turkey shows the infinite tolerance of different cultures, customs and traditions. To protect their nation's cultural wealth, we will better distinguish ourselves national identities, which provides security and certainty. Exploring cultural similarities and differences in citizenship will encourage learners public life, to develop patriotic citizens of their country. During the project, learners and teachers presenting their countries, gain a real insight into the culture of different nations, opening the way for democracy.
Double partnership in each country, including adult education organizations and kindergartens, together will develop a cooperative partnership and at the same time develop an international inter-institutional cooperation and partnership. During the project created a partnership between adult education centers and kindergartens is a new phenomenon, which enables organizations to work together to achieve one goal: to ensure high-quality, open and accessible educational process.
