TERMINÉ
The project aims to promote the cross-border cooperation for the adoption, diffusion and capitalization of innovative waste management systems in order to transform the "cost of waste" into "economic income" specifically for Subjects that have to manage the local territory; this is possible through a common Programme of complex integrated interventions, structural and infrastructural, that are necessary at international level for converting waste into energy and identification of technical and operational solutions such as a pilot plant. Expected Results: • Realization of a biomass pilot plant • Definition of an integrated interventions plan for transforming waste into energy • Creation of a Permanent Sicily-Malta Observatory
