Participants of the project will be students of OA SOŠZE Žatec and their English teacher who will prepare language-cultural programme for them. The sending organization will arrange the transport of the participants to London, transfer to the airport.The teacher will arrange the monitoring of the programme, communicate with the host organization ADC College a firms and organizations, where the participants will work. The partner organization ADC College will arrange the local transport tickets, accommodation, insurance of the participants and prepare the adequate working places for the students. Students will write the CV a fill in the necessary forms and will try to get as much knowledge as they can during the preparation course, which they can be useful for them during the future stay in UK. The main goal of the project is enable to students to get work experience abroad, improve their skills to fulfill the given tasks, settle down to the new place, improve the flexibility and their mobility of labour, improve their skills to communicate in foreign language. This project should help students to increase their self-confidence which should help them to find attractive jobs. The ability to communicate in foreign language is the basic qualification to get a good job especially in Ústecký region where many foreign firms exist and have a lack of employees with international work experience and good language knowledge (industrial zones Triangle, Verne, Louny, Joseph). The work experience should contribute to increasing interest of students in education. Because more knowledge and skills they have more interesting job can gain. The participation in the project should motivate the students to work on improving of their education and to work more on themselves. The anticipated output of the project is getting the Europass-Mobility for all participants of the work experience and Participant Certificate from ADC College.
